The Texas Zoo Annual Photo Contest

Entry forms are available in the gift shop during contest period; $2.00 for each entry (no limit). Photos can be digital, color, and black and white.

Rules:

• Photo must be of a Texas Zoo Animal, taken during the period of time between beginning of contest and deadline (March 16^th – May 18^th, 2009).
• Photographers must remain behind wire, barricades, etc.
• No photos larger than 4x6 and no frames.
• Photos will not be returned and may be used in future publications.
• Entrants may purchase the forms for 2.00 each in advance or they may bring their photos and purchase when they turn them in.
• Forms are affixed (taped) to the back of the photo.

Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place with a special 'Keepers Choice' award for the picture our keepers feel best represents the animal photographed.

Entries must be received by 5:00 pm on May 18^th, 2009.
