Zoosdays

Why do leopards have spots? Can porcupines really throw their quills? Every Tuesday at 10am, come learn interesting facts about the Animal Kingdom through fun activities geared toward your preschooler. Zoosdays are free with admission.

ZooWise

Skip the Saturday morning cartoons to see the real characters. Every Saturday morning at 11am, discover how you can shape your world. Guest Speakers represent US Fish and Wildlife Service, City of Victoria and Texas Parks and Wildlife.  ZooWise is free with admission.

Camps

Zoo camps are available during every school break. These day camps are jam packed with hands-on learning, games, and animals.

Field Trips

Come and explore all that the Zoo has to offer! Stare into the eyes of a Bengal Tiger. Watch alligators attack their lunch. Get up close and personal with a white ibis. Learn fun facts on a Zoo Tour or touch a ball python in one of the Education Programs. Book your trip today!

Programs

Have you touched a snake? Held a wolf's skull in your hands? Our live animal programs bring the Animal Kingdom to your level. These 30 minute programs can be added to your day at the Zoo and are geared towards any age.

Outreaches

Let us come to you! Outreaches are one of our education programs at your location. These include 2 to 3 live animals, biofacts, and great infromation. Custom programs may be available upon request. Prices vary depending on audience size and mileage to location.

Bring the Zoo to you! Each box contains biofacts, media, activities and TEKS-aligned curriculum to bring the Animal Kingdom to life inside your K-5 classroom. Boxes available for rent from the Education Department.
